Livvy Drake, Sustainability and Behaviour Change Consultant, Sustainable Sidekicks

Livvy has worked on behaviour change, waste reduction and reuse initiatives at festivals. Out of the field she has focused on waste reduction initiatives around food waste and plastics. She is part of “City to Sea” who launched the national initiative (normalising carrying and refilling a water bottle) which started here in Bristol, as well as delivering a period education pilot that has now been funded by the Waitrose and Hubbub Plastics Fund. With her own consultancy, The Sustainable Sidekicks, she delivers talks, training and online courses.

Ross Watson, Environment, Health and Safety Manager, Viridor

Ross Watson works at Viridor as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Avonmouth Energy Recovery Facility. Ross has worked at Viridor nationally and site based for 7 years in a variety of Safety, Environment & Technical roles and has a background in Chemistry. Ross is the Chair of the Environmental Services Association’s Working Group “Lithium Batteries Fire Task Group” which was started up in 2017.

Trewin Restorick, Founder and CEO, Hubbub UK 

Hubbub UK transforms the way environmental messages are communicated by bringing people and organisations together as a force for good. 

Previously Trewin created Global Action Plan the UK’s leading environmental behaviour change charity. Trewin is a frequent media commentator on environmental issues and was trained by Al Gore as one of his climate change ambassadors

Before starting Global Action Plan, Trewin was Director of Fundraising at Friends of the Earth where he created PaperRound London’s leading community recycling business. Prior to Friends of the Earth, Trewin worked at Plymouth City Council and produced a youth TV programme for the BBC called Something Else.
